Our unique expertise in developing affordable housing allows us to also partner with the communities we serve to have an even greater positive economic and community development impact.Starting Rate : $16.00 / hourFull and Part time positions available Full Time employees are eligible for benefits 1st day of the month following 30 days of employmentJOB SUMMARY : ESSENTIAL DUTIES : Travel within the community to provide job development, assessment, placement, training and fading services to clients on the job sitesProvide evaluation and assessment by creating a Discovery profile including the participants abilities, capabilities and needsProvide training and arrange practice opportunities to clients in a variety of employment settingsOn-the-job training and training consultation with the employer and participant to assure good work performance and clear understanding of the task to be performedAssist clients to establish community connections and make referrals to community agencies.
