What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at New Horizon ABA LLC?
New Horizon ABA, LLC is seeking full or part time BCBAs to join our rapidly growing ABA team. We provide ABA services to families across CT and have caseload available in all regions! For newly certified BCBAs or BCBAs living in MA but on the CT border the agency offers credentialing and licensing services and assistance.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments of clients with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder. (Vineland, etc)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients based on assessment results.
- Provide behavioral therapy and interventions to clients, focusing on skill development and behavior management.
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and caregivers to ensure coordinated care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Stay up to date with current research and best practices in the field of behavioral health.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in CT
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment techniques and intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and interpret assessment results.
- Familiarity with medical documentation practices and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
