New Horizon Academy is now hiring an HR Specialist-Systems and Analytics (HRIS Specialist) to join our Home Office team in Plymouth, MN.
The HR Specialist – Systems and Analytics plays a key role in optimizing and managing the organization’s HR technology and data processes. This role serves as the in-house expert for UKG Pro (HRIS) and related tools / platforms, ensuring seamless system functionality, effective data management, and actionable business insights. This role also collaborates across departments to drive efficiency, support decision-making, and enhance the organization’s use of technology to meet business objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
HRIS Expertise and Optimization :
- Act as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert for
- UKG Pro (including employee mobile app), troubleshooting issues, managing external vendors, and ensuring system functionality.
- Lead and manage HRIS-related projects, including upgrades, integrations, and process improvements. Partner with other teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Research, implement, and manage new system processes, workflows, tools, and efficiencies to align with organizational goals.
- Provide ongoing user support and training for HRIS users, ensuring effective utilization of system capabilities.
- Partner with leaders and other stakeholders to identify system opportunities and develop solutions that support business priorities.
