Marketing and Enrollment Specialist
reports directly to the Marketing Manager. We are seeking a Marketing and Enrollment Specialist to join our team! They will be a valued member of the New Horizon Academy marketing department. The person in this role will have many opportunities to gain experience and grow within a team environment.

The ability to communicate effectively and professionally (both oral and written) through all levels of New Horizon Academy is very important, as is developing cooperative working relationships. Each day is different, so flexibility and problem-solving are also critical to the position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Lead the development and continuous optimization of highly personalized, data-driven, omnichannel CRM campaign strategies designed to complement the customer journey.Design, build, and continuously refine highly personalized, data-centric CRM campaigns.Continuously work to segment audiences, analyze audience behavior, and improve the quality of the database.Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for CRM enhancements and innovations.Regularly update and clean customer data to ensure accuracy and completeness.Develop and deliver CRM training programs to educate and empower users, driving user adoption and proficiency.Implement and analyze email campaigns executed through both email software and CRM.Manage our reputation management software to enhance and respond to online reviews.Oversee online listing systems.Assist in writing and editing marketing materials, which include articles, blogs, presentations, white papers, and collateral.Provide support with website updates.Assist in arranging community events and sponsorship opportunities.Oversee the organization of onsite marketing supplies and inventory.In partnership with our marketing and operations teams, regularly identify opportunities to leverage data in executing smarter marketing strategies, ensuring that all marketing decisions are data-driven and tied to strategic objectives.QUALIFICATIONS
Required :
Possess skills in project management.Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems.Proficient with marketing automation and email marketing platforms, personalization, segmentation, and data-driven marketing techniques.Knowledge of marketing principles.Understand new technologies and apply marketing principles.Capable of writing reports, procedures, and business correspondence.Ability to take initiative and work individually on self-driven projects.Ability to solve problems, analyze systems and data, and suggest appropriate solutions.Strong skills in organization, prioritization, and time management.Work to meet project deadlines with strong attention to detailPreferred :
Degree in marketing / communications preferred.Proven experience in CRM management, including implementing and managing CRM systems in a complex business environment.Strong understanding of CRM principles, best practices, and methodologies.Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage CRM data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.Exceptional communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.BENEFITS :
