Technical Solutions Program Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Technical Solutions Program Director to lead the design, delivery, and management of innovative technical solutions for our organization. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical engineering teams, cross-functional departments, and business objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. This role demands a strong blend of technical expertise, collaboration skills, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment methodology for managed solutions and supporting infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with organizational goals.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to security, compliance, and performance standards.
• Support Life-Cycle management of Managed Solutions, including updates to hardware and software.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance for complex projects and challenges, such as migrations, grooms, and equipment updates.
• Standardize tools, frameworks, and practices to ensure consistency and reliability across the engineering team.
• Partner with leadership to define technical roadmaps and align engineering initiatives with business priorities.
• Establish clear metrics and KPIs to measure the performance and reliability of engineering solutions.
• Set clear goals and expectations for the team, conducting regular performance reviews and professional development plans.

The ideal candidate for the Technical Solutions Program Director position should have a strong technical background in IP networking along with an understanding of SDWAN, Security, WI-FI, Switching, Routing with experience in Managed Services. They should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers. A degree or certification in a related field may also be required, depending on the specific requirements of the job.

Salary & Benefits:

Base salary plus a generous benefit package that includes Health, Dental, Life/AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability and 401K with company match.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
