A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY
Immerse yourself in a role where your commitment to customer service is paramount. Your full-time work schedule as a Client Services Representative can span the following days and times, with some variances based on business needs:
- Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM
- Saturdays between 8 AM and 6:30 PM
- Sundays between 3 PM and 7 PM
Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass client interactions via phone, in-person, and electronic channels, precise data entry with quality control, and proactive client account maintenance. QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of front-office customer service experience
- 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and spend most of your shift seated
