As a Client Services Specialist, you'll be the key point of contact for our valued clients, handling interactions by phone, in-person, and electronically. Your responsibilities will include meticulous data entry with quality control and proactive client account maintenance. OUR IDEAL CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST
Ask yourself: Do you possess a keen sense of ethics, attention to detail, and a positive attitude? Are you an active listener with excellent time management and critical thinking skills? If you answered "yes" to these questions and can meet the following requirements, we need you as our Client Services Specialist!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of front-office customer service experience
- 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and spend most of your shift seated
WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time hours can span the following days and times, with some variances based on business needs:
- Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM
- Saturdays between 8 AM and 6:30 PM
- Sundays between 3 PM and 7 PM
