Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $37,000 (Unlicensed.); $40,200 (Assoc. license); $43,000 (Fully licensed)
Program: Intensive Case Management
Location: Muscogee County
Works with the following population: Individuals with a mental health diagnosis, developmental disabilities, and/or addictive diseases.
Days and time: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Job Description: Under general to limited supervision, the candidate will perform social services functions at an advanced level to individuals and their families. Must have experience working with persons with SPMI. Will be responsible for working with individuals who are mandated to treatment and reporting to court. Must have skills in documentation, communication with individuals, family, and community resources expected.
Minimum Qualifications: Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or counseling. Degree must be license-eligible if unlicensed. If licensed, must be LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or LAPC. Must be licensed in the state of Georgia. Must have experience working with computers. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with mental disorders and/or addictive diseases.
The applicant may be subjected to a Fingerprint Based Background Check of the Georgia and Federal Criminal History Record Databases.
