Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the behavioral health field and community engagement. Our candidate will possess a diverse skill set to effectively manage the marketing and business development areas. The ideal candidate must have experience with marketing in the behavioral health field including but not limited to addictions and mental health.
Responsibilities:
-Plans, directs and coordinates the identification of and marketing to potential client referral sources
- Hires, trains and assesses the ongoing effectiveness of business development personnel; develops accountability processes to measure their business development activity.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage target populations
- Work with the billing and utilization review team with VOB's
- Complete client documents prior to admission into program in the Electronic medical department
- Responsible for maintaining ongoing positive relationships with identified referral sources
- Monitors community trends indicating the needs for new services/programs. Coordinate and conduct marketing and outreach strategies in the community
- Ensure all social media platforms are updated and in use for Company marketing
- Develops annual budget and process for measuring effectiveness of marketing expenditures
- Collaborates closely with Care Coordination Department on data collection, referral source tracking and follow up, call quality and assessment outcomes.
- Develops and implements community workshops and seminars, as appropriate.
- Attend and participate in all require company meetings and trainings

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
