Pay : $19.00 per hour .60 cents per mile

We care for older adults beginning to need some help around the house, seniors who want to continue living at home, individuals with disabilities who want to live an independent life at home and in the community, and medically fragile children.
We’ve been providing care to the Oregon community for over 30 years.
It is that time of year when the colder weather starts creeping in and we are seeking reliable and experienced winter drivers to join our team.
As a Winter Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting caregivers to shift to help allow them the opportunity to provide care to clients.
You must have excellent driving skills and be able to handle challenging weather conditions and icy roads.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate vehicle in winter weather conditions, including snow, ice, and cold temperatures
- Transport passengers to designated locations
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
- Follow all traffic rules and regulations
- Communicate effectively with passengers and co-workers
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver's license and car insurance
- Prior experience driving in winter conditions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent driving record
- Strong communication skills
