Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Process sales orders and assist customers/ patients with their in person needs
- Process patient orders and prescriptions
- Communicate with insurance companies and medical offices on behalf of patients
- Maintain patient files and keep them up to date
Experience:
- Strong phone etiquette and customer support skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
