Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
- Handle all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages as necessary
- Process and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Maintain records of visitors, including logbooks and appointments
- Provide information and answer queries about the company
- Support the booking and coordination of conference room schedules
- Ensure the reception area is kept tidy and presentable
- Assist in various administrative tasks as needed.
- Demonstrated experience in receptionist duties or similar roles
- Excellent customer service skills and detail-oriented demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work under pressure
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as fax machines, printers, and telephone systems
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work in shifts, if necessary
