Residence Coordinator-Ada Drive IRA 25-060

An employee in this position is responsible for the overall coordination of services in the residential program ensuring the safe, quality care of people by overseeing direct support staff. This includes adhering to OPWDD regulations, and services, as identified in the Life Plan and specified in the Staff Action Plan, that enable each person to live in the community. These activities and supports are uniquely tailored for and by the person rather than for the benefit of the group. The Residence Coordinator is responsible for the supervision and operation of the Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA).
