Job Summary:
New Image Day & Med Spa is seeking a highly motivated Lead IV Infusion Technician/Nurse to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering top-tier IV infusion therapies while managing a team of infusion specialists. You will also drive revenue by meeting performance quotas and contributing to the spa’s growth through marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to promoting services in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:1. IV Infusion Therapy Management:
- Administer a variety of IV infusion therapies, including hydration, vitamin boosts, and wellness infusions.
- Assess client health histories and collaborate with physicians to create individualized infusion plans.
- Monitor patients during infusions to ensure safety, comfort, and satisfaction.
- Provide pre- and post-care instructions to clients to optimize results and ensure safe treatment.
2. Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and supervise a team of IV infusion specialists, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Conduct regular team meetings, ongoing education, and skill-building to ensure a high level of expertise and client care.
- Motivate the team to meet performance and sales quotas while maintaining a positive work culture.
- Hold team members accountable for meeting both individual and team goals.
3. Sales & Performance Quotas:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly infusion revenue targets and sales quotas.
- Upsell wellness services, packages, and products to clients as appropriate.
- Track and report on team performance, analyze sales data, and adjust strategies to meet goals.
4. Marketing & Business Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that promote IV infusion services and attract new clients.
- Engage in local community marketing efforts, including partnerships, promotions, and events to increase brand awareness.
- Contribute ideas for social media content, newsletters, and other digital marketing efforts to promote IV services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, and encourage referrals and repeat business through targeted marketing initiatives.
5. Customer Service & Client Care:
- Ensure an exceptional, personalized experience for each client throughout their treatment journey.
- Address client concerns, questions, or feedback promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Promote client loyalty through high-quality service, personalized recommendations, and consistent follow-up.
6. Operational Management:
- Maintain inventory and manage the ordering of IV therapy supplies and products.
- Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained according to safety standards.
- Assist with process improvements and operational efficiency to enhance overall service quality.
7. Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure all infusion services comply with medical and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and ensure team adherence to protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and client information in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of [Insert State].
- Certification in IV Therapy or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IV infusion therapy or a clinical setting, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to meet sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Strong marketing and business development skills with experience in promoting wellness services (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of wellness, spa, or aesthetic industry standards is a plus.
Compensation:
- Hourly wage Commission based on meeting sales and performance targets.
