Job Description
An individual formally educated in industrial reliability, data collection, and program analysis is required to act as a subject matter expert in preventative maintenance. They must be able to provide accurate and valuable data to the management team for development of paper machine performance.
The individual will support the maintenance team with root cause failure analysis to assist in eliminating production failures.
This position has direct reports and requires supervision of the Reliability Group, Vibration Data Collection, Lubricators, and Oil Analysis Program.
- Develop and manage Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules, build Bill of Materials (BOMs), and document data to optimize Equipment run time.
- Responsible for development, management, and results for the facility Reliability Program.
- Eliminate production limiting failures from the manufacturing process.
- Champion PM/PdM activities and coordinate outside contractor services.
- Facilitate the Root Cause Failure Analysis process.
- Monitor the performance and coordinate the key functions for the reliability program in the areas of planning/execution, vibration analysis, and lubrication PMs.
- Utilize maintenance metrics to achieve reliability goals as defined.
- Take ownership of the Root Cause Failure Analysis process.
