About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead our Preventative Maintenance efforts. The successful candidate will have expertise in industrial reliability, data collection, and program analysis.
This role requires strong leadership skills, as the individual will supervise the Reliability Group, Vibration Data Collection, Lubricators, and Oil Analysis Program.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and managing PM schedules, building BOMs, and documenting data to optimize Equipment run time.
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.
- Develop and implement strategies to eliminate production limiting failures.
- Lead the Root Cause Failure Analysis process to identify and address equipment issues.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure effective execution of PM tasks.
