Job Description
The Process Engineer will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance safety, quality, cost, and productivity. This position will also lead cross-functional teams to drive short-term improvement initiatives and develop new projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with experience in process engineering and a proven track record of driving process improvements. They will be able to think critically and creatively, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Paper Science Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a process industry, preferably in the pulp and paper industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to travel to US locations (up to 50%).
