Karting Director

New Jersey Motorsports Park is looking for a Karting Director to support the management of the Go-Karting Facility. As a Karting Director, you will help operate our go- karting department on a day-to-day basis. You'll also assist with marketing events to help reach sale and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives.

In 2025, New Jersey Motorsports Park will have a diverse karting schedule which will include professional karting racing with regional and national organizations, Arrive and Drive concession karts, and Corporate/Group Experiences!

To qualify for this Karting Director position, we require the following skill sets and qualifications:

• Strong Motivational and Leadership Skills
• Great Customer Service Skills and Focus
• Team Player with ability to interact with Full Management Team
• Lead by example providing exemplary customer service from start to finish throughout the karting and group experiences.
• Experience managing revenue and expenses to budget
• Manage merchandise inventory and Sodi Kart fleet

This position requires weekend and night work and includes a normal 4-5 work week averaging 40-50 hours per week, mostly Thursday - Sunday.
