Responsibilities:
- Collect and classify tolls (currency, tickets, and other) from patrons.
- Account for personally collected or assigned funds.
- Maintain good public relations with patrons.
- Maintain assigned property owned by the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.
- Perform all other functions and tasks as described by the Toll Collector's Manual or as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Must possess a New Jersey Driver's License and have access to reliable transportation.
- Must be a resident of New Jersey.
Please Note: The job duties of the position above requires a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to move within a fifty (50) mile radius when on duty. If hired, I understand and agree to maintain a valid driver’s license and report to/from work in a reliable vehicle should I be required to move within the field as directed by management.
