Position: Program Manager
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/ DUTIES
The essential functions/duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for administrative management of branch program in a specific area: Staffing in home based program, schools, and community settings.
- Coordinate the life cycle of the staffing process, i.e. staffing clinician's from each respective discipline with cases that coincide with their availability and location.
- Assign clinicians to cases based on clinical skill set.
- Manage clinician's scheduling on a daily basis.
- Coordinate submission of paperwork from clinicians.
- Serve as primary liaison with referral sources for maintenance and new business development.
- Perform various administrative duties that include recruiting and credentialing functions related to staffing.
- Attends meetings and participates in projects related to Staffing, as required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Knowledge of Department of Health policies and staffing regulations
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Should be highly motivated and have strong interpersonal skills
- Strong computer and reporting skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Good initiative
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clinicians and providers staffed on referrals handled by Staffing Coordinator
- Administrative Assistant for staffing location
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma
- B.A. preferred
- 2 years experience in Staffing or related field.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Hand dexterity ability (ability to operate mobile device, telephone, computer) Ability to lift up to 5 pounds
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to travel to various locations on a near daily basis
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
