What You'll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on excellence, efficiency, and patient experience.
- Lead and manage staff — scheduling, coaching, training, and developing a high-performance team.
- Track performance metrics and implement improvements to maximize service and results.
- Handle financial balancing, bookkeeping, payroll, and commissions.
- Manage inventory and supply orders to ensure smooth clinical operations.
- Engage with the local community, help promote our services, and collaborate with upper management on marketing efforts.
- Solve challenges proactively — whether financial, operational, or client-related.
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years of management or leadership experience (healthcare or wellness industry preferred).
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and performance drivers.
- Excellent people and communication skills — with a calm, professional presence.
- Confident in QuickBooks, Office Suite, internet tools, EMR, and inventory systems.
- Experienced in bookkeeping, payroll, and commission structures.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
