Responsibilities

- Process and properly record invoices and customer payments
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently
- Experience with cash handling or call center operations is beneficial
- Familiarity with office software applications for data entry and customer management
