(b) Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
(c) Master’s Degree in Nursing
(d) Tennessee state license as Registered Nurse
(e) Tennessee state license as Advanced Practice Nurse
(f) Board Certified by ANCC or AANP
(g) At least 4 years of experience
Nurse Practitioner (NP) Job Description:
(a) Act in a competent professional manner in carrying out the duties of a Nurse Practitioner. Shall make all clinical decisions using Nurse Practitioner’s best medical judgment. The Medical Director or Supervising Physician shall have the power to designate patients to be examined by the NP.
(b) The Nurse Practitioner agrees to abide by all rules, regulations, and any other policies and procedures covering the physician established by the Medical Director.
