Your Impactful Role
As the Member Success Manager, you will be the first point of contact for prospective members who are hungry for their own success. Your primary responsibilities will include
- Scheduling and facilitating interviews with prospective members.
- Assessing their fit for the organization and proposing suitable programs for members.
- Onboarding qualified members into our programs.
- Data acquisition and entry to maintain our CRM systems.
- Serving as the first Member connection to NLSC, ensuring a welcome experience before introducing them to our areas of service per their individualized roadmap.
- Collecting feedback and testimonials from our members to help us continually improve our programs.
- Availability during EST office hours
- Willingness to participate in occasional weekend team meetings
- Experience with MS Office Suite and CRM systems, or a strong willingness to learn
- A high level of confidentiality and empathy
- Familiarity with the 12-step program
- A background in HR, social work, or case management is preferred
- Training We provide 3-5 hours of comprehensive training to equip you for your role.
