Your new role:

Role Purpose and Accountability:

• Attainment of expected core activities to achieve expected productivity and generate an ongoing candidate pipeline
• Building on fee performance, candidate generation activities to provide an outstanding service to our clients and candidates, promoting and selling the services of Hays.
• Grow contractor headcount for own market and act on leads passed
• Continue to build foundational recruitment (find & engage) skills, knowledge and commitment to own development
• Assimilate to Hays values/vision/standards and expectations for high performance

 What you will have:

• 1-2 years' experience in a recruitment and/or staffing related role.
• Achievement focused, resilient, authentic & trustworthy.
• Self-motivated, self-reliant and takes initiative.
• Good communicator; able to overcome obstacles, team player.
• Desire for personal development and professional growth.

• We offer base compensation of $43,888K plus performance-based bonuses 
• Hybrid/flexible schedule.
