Your Role – The Who
You will be responsible for supporting the project team with implementing and transitioning client contracts in a structured and controlled project environment, whilst delivering the business case and commercial objectives of the contract.

KEY DELIVERABLES

Deliver business outcomes through project coordination:
- Deliver assigned tasks or workstreams within assigned projects, through the application of Hays chosen project management techniques, effective controls, and structured change management.
- Attend project planning meetings and produce all related project documentation to support the project planning framework.
- Schedule project team meetings, workshops and governance forums as required; ensure all appropriate and current documentation is available to the stakeholders in a timely manner for review and in the agreed format.
- Document all actions and issues and circulate to stakeholders from relevant meetings.
- Lead allocated project workstreams and report progress to the project team.
- Effectively support Project Managers in the delivery of projects.
- Oversee the completion of projects with limited scope and complexity.
- Produce project documentation – project plans, RAID Logs, Process Maps.
- Responsible for recording discussion points, actions, and other outputs within project workshops.
- Deliver training to internal and external stakeholders on process and the configured system.

Whilst ability, motivation and attitude are most important, it would be a distinct advantage to have:
Project Management
- Good understanding of the project management methodologies & processes used by Hays, including identification of risks and the ability to lead allocated workstreams.
Communication & Collaboration
- Communicates effectively within the organisation using strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
Recruitment Processes & Legislation
- Basic understanding of the key recruitment processes for both RPO and MSP including knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process, legislation, and roles & responsibilities.

Commerciality
- Manages own time to given allocation/budget.
Systems & Data
- Effectively utilises the core suite of MS applications, including specific project applications and understands the basics of Hays core applicable systems.
