Founded in 1994, New London Electric is the leading electrical contractor in Southern Chester County and Northern Delaware. Family owned and operated; the New London Electric team is looking for the right individuals to join the team.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Answering Phones
Setting up new customers
Creating work orders,
Setting up customer with appointments for estimates.
Taking payments from customers
Supporting Estimators
Office supply inventory and ordering
Office organization and cleanliness
Projects as assigned
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications - word, excel.
- Adaptive to different computer applications.
- Organized and neat.
- Excellent communication with customers. Communicating clearly and fully engaging to make them comfortable, understand and ensure satisfaction.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Acceptance and adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Punctual, being on time. It is imperative we are prompt and on time to all scheduled customer appointments.
- Valid driver’s license with no moving violations in the last 24 months.
- Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
