Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Student Services Division, including Academic Coaching, Academic Success Center, Student Housing and Dining, Mental Health Counseling, Accessibility Services, Acute and Preventive Physical Care, Thunderbird Food Pantry, Student Support Services (TRIO), Financial Aid, and Student Records and Registration Services.
- Serve as Chief Student Services Officer, leading all student-related services and initiatives.
- Chair the Student Success Committee and oversee the development, submission, and execution of the Strategic Enrollment Management Plan.
