New Mexico School for the Blind and Visually Impaired is seeking applications for an Administrative Assistant who provides administrative support to the Education Department. This individual coordinates activities with other departments throughout NMSBVI and the schools and agencies that receive services statewide. Reviews/provides reports and other data necessary to meet program objectives. Is responsible for the maintenance of multiple files/databases (both hardcopy and electronic), purchase ordering and the transmission of routine and confidential correspondence. Experience with PowerSchool and state reporting preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Applications accepted until filled.
