A day in the life:
- Provide excellent customer service to all store patrons; greet customers in a welcoming and polite manner.
- Direct customer service staff to ensure responsive and efficient customer checkout, keeping lines to a minimum at all times.
- Perform opening/closing procedures according to established policies.
- Communicate regularly with Department Managers on customer feedback and opportunities.
- Accurately perform all register functions, process transactions, and follow security procedures.
- Open to working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in natural/organic foods, grocery or retail preferred
