Summary/Objective
This employee is under the direct supervision of the Assistant Manager and is responsible for assisting members and guests with their food and beverage service when playing golf and visiting the Pop Shop.
Essential Functions

1. Serves snacks and beverages to members and guests.
2. Ensures proper stock levels at beginning and end of shifts.
3. Keeps area clean and neat.
4. Assists members, guests, and co-workers as needed.
5. Responsible for set-up and close of the Pop Shop.
6. Provides immediate attention to all members/guests.
7. Takes members’ and guests’ orders.

Work Environment
The Pop Shop Attendant operates in a member services environment. The person in this role routinely interacts in a professional manner with both employees and members.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position requires the flexibility to work Tuesday through Sunday, 6:45 AM until 7:00 PM.
Required Education and Experience
6 months of customer service experience.
Must be able to lift/move/carry up to 20 lbs. and stand for the duration of a full-shift.
