What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Account Specialist position at New Pig Corporation?
New Pig is searching for an enthusiastic, confident and growth-oriented Inside Sales Account Specialist to increase sales, sustain current sales and recover lost accounts within a group of assigned New Pig accounts. This position requires proactive contact with customers and effective communication skills while being aware of and responsive to customer needs.
This position will be located in our Duncansville, PA location. With this position you would enjoy a base pay, set hours, no weekends or evenings, paid time off, low cost insurance and 401(k) and profit-sharing opportunities.

- Expand the range of product categories purchased and drive sales growth within assigned accounts
- Recover lost business within assigned accounts

- Maintain clear, concise records for all calls including discussions, follow up actions and results in CRM system
- Support and follow company policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience B2B inside sales / phone sales
- Ability to learn and apply New Pig's sales results-oriented methodologies
- Ability to communicate in an outgoing, poised, and persuasive manner
