Account Manager/Inside Sales Representative
We are looking for a self-starting, relationship-building sales professional to help us introduce MasonWays Plastics to newly acquired, high value end users and reseller accounts in the convenience store, retail, grocery, and foodservice segments.
The individual in this role will be responsible for proactively contacting new potential customers and partners via telephone and/or email to introduce yourself and our products and identify/qualify sales opportunities.
Account Manager(s) Duties:
- New Customer set up non-financial items
- Manage Key accounts – Deal with the day-to-day engagements and product rollouts with key accounts
- Perform outbound calling to existing and potential customers
- Process and Manage quotes and bids and try to turn them into orders
- Customer outreach with email campaigns and our coop program
- Participate in outside sales, customer visits and tradeshows as needed
- Support team members in West Palm Beach, FL office
- Learn our Customer Relationship Order Management system to document activities and efforts and place orders
Job Requirements include:
- Degree or equivalent education and experience
- Ability and willingness to engage in domestic travel
- Previous account management experience is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work onsite from Tipton, Pennsylvania or West Palm Beach, Florida
