We are looking for a caring and energetic Summer Childcare Classroom Assistant to support our full day childcare programs during the summer months. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children, assisting in daily activities, and creating a fun, engaging environment.

Summer Assistants
Kids' Company offers full day summer programming for ages 33 months through Grade 6.
As an assistant this summer you will be expected to support the program by supervising children in your care, implementing developmentally appropriate and engaging lessons or assisting in supporting children with special needs. You will be responsible for the safety of the kids, providing a welcoming environment and using professionalism when engaging with children, staff, parents and other members of the team. This position reports directly to the Site Coordinator and will also take direction from the Site Leader. Summer Assistants should be professional, be a team player, have great communication skills, and a positive attitude.
