Responsibilities:

• Create authentic, custom guest experiences through a high level of attention and service.
• Responsible for efficient and effective management of Punch Bowl Social
• Responsible for staffing & personnel management
• Meeting or exceeding cost of goods goals set by Beverage Director
• Purchasing and receiving spirits, beer, wine, NA beverages, and bar consumables
• Working with Beverage Director to keep high standards of beverage program
• CompEat accounting software programming and maintenance
• General maintenance and cleanliness of bars, beer cooler, and liquor storage
• Representing brand in local market
• Working with General Manager to keep Labor cost % goals in line

Qualifications:

• 5 years bartending experience
• 3 years bar management experience
• Positive attitude and passion for making people smile, and truly enjoy their experience
• Respect for quality food and beverage, and appreciation for the technique associated with production.
• Experience working in a high-volume restaurant/bar
• Experience with craft cocktails, local and speciality beers
• Experience overseeing 30 employees
• Passion for the integrity of product, from production process to final execution
• Ability to manage controllable line items, analyze and provide input on cost saving measures, proper execution, and efficient output
• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for period up to six (6) hours in length.
• Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel and have the ability to lift bus tubs, glass racks and trays frequently weighing up to 25-50 pounds.
