Description

Join our Team as a Community Coordinator! Are you a dynamic problem solver with a passion for fostering a sense of belonging within a thriving community? Do you excel at coordinating and engaging with diverse groups of individuals, both online and offline?


You will play a pivotal role in shaping our community's success, growth, digital and social media platforms, combined with your outstanding communication skills, will be instrumental in driving engagement and fostering a collaborative atmosphere. You'll be the driving force behind our private Facebook groups, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and maintaining a positive and supportive environment.


Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly engaged Community Success Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering a positive and interactive online community, primarily within our private Facebook groups. You will oversee discussions, ensure conversations align with our company’s values, and provide meaningful engagement with our members.

As a key team member, you will also assist in Zoom meetings, helping to facilitate conversations by managing the chat and ensuring members’ questions are addressed. Collaboration will be at the core of your responsibilities as you work closely with Senior Community Coordinators and Member Experience Managers to support initiatives that enhance the overall community experience.

Your in-depth knowledge of our courses and programs (we will teach you) will allow you to provide expert guidance and support to our members, helping them navigate their journey successfully. Responsibilities

  • Lead and moderate engagement in private Facebook groups, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
  • Ensure execution of smooth multi-hour Zoom training sessions with Brand Visionaries and industry leaders to drive student success, troubleshooting if issues arise.
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand Director(s), providing timely support and contributing to new projects and objectives within the community..
  • Handle membership status, revoking and reinstating members as necessary.
  • Provide specialized support and knowledge of course offerings, and programs; upselling to community members when possible.
  • Work alongside team members to promote student success and satisfaction.
  • Offer community-wide coordination and support for students throughout their program journey.
  • Maintain clear communication across departments to accomplish tasks and projects effectively.
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as necessary to support student success and team growth.


Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Customer Success Advisor or a related role.
  • Proven problem solver with a proactive and strategic approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability juggle multiple priorities at once while simultaneously meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creativity and critical thinking abilities to thrive in our dynamic environment.
  • Confidence and recommended 4 years in digital and social media platforms.
  • A background in Real Estate, Education, Member or Student Services is a plus.
  • A college degree is a plus.


Location

This position is based in our Tempe, AZ office, Monday through Friday.

The pay range for this role is:

48,000 - 53,000 USD per year(New Reach Education)
