Primary Purpose: The HR Generalist is responsible for a broad range of HR functions that support the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department. The key areas include recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, benefits, leave, training and development, and enforcing policies and procedures, in compliance with state and federal employment law. This role requires a high level of confidentiality and customer service to support employees and external stakeholders.
Essential Functions:
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert in the agency for data analysis and visualizations
- Serve as the lead Quality Assurance staff in monitoring and providing support on data quality across agency databases
- Create, monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based automation tools and/or web-based platforms
- Serve as the liaison between agency staff and Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) lead agency and technical support
- Assist in researching and implementing new technology
- Participate in Quality Assurance internal program reviews, including the development and follow-up on Program Development Plans specifically as it relates to program data and outcome measures
- Assist the Quality Assurance Specialist in implementing tracking and reporting systems to maintain compliance with CARF accreditation, state, and federal standards and requirements
- Assist the Quality Assurance Specialist in preparing data for internal and external reports
- Other duties as assigned to ensure successful operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Research/Data Analysis/Data Wrangling OR Master's in human services/Data Analysis/Data Science or Related Field
- Experience with creating and maintaining Tableau dashboard and SQL queries required
- Experience with Python preferred
- Experience with HMIS software preferred
- Experience with Apricot Administration preferred
- Experience with Sharepoint and Power Automate preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
- Strong analytical and logic skills required
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
