*Schedule: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week, including a 30-minute paid lunch.

Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to the Grant Development Manager and work in tandem to secure grant funding for the organization.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain and track grants in the grants database
- Assist in researching new funding opportunities
- Assist in preparing grant supporting materials
- Create work plans for grant completion
- Assist in writing grant proposals and grant progress reports
- Coordinate mailings from the grants team
- Document and file management
- Coordinate with Grant Development Manager to identify and prioritize funding needs.
- Actively participate in agency and strategic meetings
- Provide administrative support to the Grant Development Manager
- Assist with special projects and complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent writing and organizational skills are a must
- Grant experience is welcome, but will also consider similar experience/skills
- BS/BA required
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
