*Schedule: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week, including a 30-minute paid lunch.

Primary Purpose:

The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to the Grant Development Manager and work in tandem to secure grant funding for the organization.


Essential Functions:

  • Maintain and track grants in the grants database
  • Assist in researching new funding opportunities
  • Assist in preparing grant supporting materials
  • Create work plans for grant completion
  • Assist in writing grant proposals and grant progress reports
  • Coordinate mailings from the grants team
  • Document and file management
  • Coordinate with Grant Development Manager to identify and prioritize funding needs.
  • Actively participate in agency and strategic meetings
  • Provide administrative support to the Grant Development Manager
  • Assist with special projects and complete other duties as assigned



Qualifications:

  • Excellent writing and organizational skills are a must
    • Grant experience is welcome, but will also consider similar experience/skills
  • BS/BA required
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
