Wage Scale $24-$29 based on experience
The Culinary Director/C.D.M. will plan, organize, develop and direct the overall daily operation of the Culinary Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations through established policies and procedures and directed by the Administrator to assure that our facility is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner. The Culinary Director is in charge of the management of the culinary employees with scheduling, hiring, develop and implement training, employee relations and performance management. Other responsibilities include nutrition consulting, meal planning, inventory control, budgeting, purchasing, development of resident care plans in relation to their dietary needs and wishes.
