New River Community Action Head Start is seeking teaching staff to join our mission. As a teaching team member, you will maintain a clean, safe, and engaging learning environment for children, implementing curriculum, assessments, and lesson planning. Classroom Support Aide – Multitasking superhero who serves as part of our teaching team. Supports curriculum implementation, ensures a safe and sanitary environment, and provides excellent customer service.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required. Experience working with preschool children preferred.
Must be at lof 18 years old.
Requirements
Full-time, 40 hours per week, during the academic year (August-May). Eligible to apply for unemployment during summer break.
Starting pay is a minimum of $15.20 per hour, possibly more depending on qualifications, plus full benefits. Additional compensation for being bilingual (Spanish/English).
