Job Description :
As the Administrative Coordinator you will do a variety of jobs. This includes everything HR, new hire training, onboarding and off boarding paperwork, IT liaison, managing the front desk and manager to the receptionist, insurance, scheduling and coordinating retreats and conferences, outcome tools, working with state licensors for background checks, miscellaneous administrative projects, and maintaining up to date paperwork for all current employees.
Skills needed : Proficient in basic algebra for deductions, payroll, and percentages. Proficient in microsoft word and google suite. Good at time management and getting work done that doesn't have a solid deadline as a lot of the job is completing big administrative projects with little oversight. Basic human resources knowledge.
Qualifications : Education :
Bachelors degree prefered
CPR, First Aid, AEGIS Training (New Roads will provide and also do the trainings to keep you current.)
