Position Details:
- Full-Time
- Locations: Culver City, Inglewood
Key Responsibilities
- Provide field-based, in-home direct services and behavior interventions to clients and families, helping to link to community resources and assisting families to engage with the Wraparound team and utilizing role modeling, role playing, trauma focused/informed behavior modification interventions, socialization skills training supporting the development of parenting skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field or AA degree with three years’ experience working with a high-risk child/youth/adolescent population.
- Training in and expertise in positive behavior management techniques
- Valid CA Driver License
- Familiarity with principles of family-centered, strengths-based services
- Ability to function as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of The Help Group. Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, professional and academic experience, certification, training, responsibilities of the position, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
