Position Details:
- Full-Time
- Location: Sherman Oaks
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly and monthly attendance reports
- Prepare weekly productivity report
- Prepare periodic productivity bonus
- Prepare monthly school statistics report
- Prepare monthly class size and service group size reports
- Review monthly school district invoices prior to district submission
- Responsible for private pay billing and collection
- Submit weekly school AR report for collection
- Research past due accounts and adjust billing discrepancies
- Complete daily cash application
- Complete recurring school monthly journal entries
- Prepare annual agency audit schedules related to school programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 5 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Non-profit experience preferred but not required
