Salary $200,000 per year

Your Role:
As a Business Development Loan Officer, you’ll be pivotal in driving growth by identifying, cultivating, and expanding relationships with real estate investors and key partners. Your role will go beyond loan origination—you’ll act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored financing solutions to help our clients achieve their goals while meeting aggressive growth targets.
You’ll collaborate closely with borrowers, brokers, and partners, working within our proprietary HQ software to streamline the sales process. Your ability to build lasting connections and close deals will be critical in achieving mutual success.

Responsibilities:
Drive Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand loan volume to $5mm monthly.
Client Development: Build, manage, and nurture relationships with borrowers, brokers, and real estate professionals to generate repeat and referral business.
Sales Leadership: Leverage a consultative sales approach to clearly articulate New Silver’s value proposition, products, and processes to clients.
Pipeline Management: Ensure a seamless customer experience by effectively managing loan applications, approvals, and closing processes.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market trends, and geographic areas to drive growth.
Partnership Building: Collaborate with brokers and other stakeholders to expand our referral network and drive new business.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
3 years of successful professional experience as a loan originator or loan officer in the commercial and non-owner occupied residential real estate space (adjacent experience can be considered)
Highly motivated
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Experience with office technology such as Microsoft Office and G-Suite
Outstanding verbal and written skills that enable you to provide an excellent customer experience with borrowers and business partners.
