Your Role : As a Relationship Manager at New Silver, you will be at the forefront of retaining and expanding relationships with experienced real estate investors in targeted markets. You will speak with clients on the phone and communicate electronically in order to help them apply and get approved for one of our loan products, and consult them on various best practices around real estate investing and construction. You will work closely with the Loan Production team and our Loan Advisors to streamline processes, provide borrower insights, and contribute to enhancing New Silver’s operational structure. You will adhere to monthly goals and KPIs while expanding New Silver’s footprint. This is a new role with significant upward mobility for the right individual. Meet and achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPIs Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with borrowers, fostering trust and loyalty. Evaluate borrowers and their deals to ensure alignment with New Silver’s loan products, ensuring mutual success. Clearly communicate New Silver’s policies, processes, timelines, and expectations, setting borrowers up for success. Drive growth by maintaining a sustainable share of wallet and identifying opportunities for expansion within existing accounts. Requirements : Exceptional ability to grow profitable business for the company At least 3 years of sales experience, in a similar role, within a real estate lending environment. Adjacent business may be considered. Ability to meet and exceed sales expectations Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients using phone or video. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Exceptional adaptability and willingness to grow with a dynamic and evolving organization. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose and implement borrower-centric solutions. Experience managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, with a track record of successful outcomes. A deep understanding of real estate markets, real estate investing and construction.
