We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for patient care in a post-acute healthcare setting.
Position Qualifications:
- 1 years experience, preferably in acute-care, long-term acute care, or inpatient rehabilitation practice settings.
- Current valid NP licensure.
- Collaborative practice style.
- Effectively manage acute and chronic conditions by developing and overseeing high quality, cost-effective treatment plans for patients in the facility.
- Provides patient/family education and counseling.
- Works closely with collaborating physicians and other colleagues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $118,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
