Overview
Regional Brain & Spine is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Pain Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and be proficient in a clinic setting. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans for patients. Enjoy a 5-day work week (Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5PM). No nights, no weekends!
Duties
- Provide comprehensive Pain Management services to our adult patient population.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for our patients.
- Provide outpatient clinic services and inpatient consultations.
- The candidate will work under the direct supervision of a Collaborating Physician and alongside two other full-time Pain Management Nurse Practitioners.
- The candidate will spend the majority of their time at the Cape Girardeau, Mo clinic, but will share in a bi-monthly Dexter, Mo. clinic rotation.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Missouri.
- Proficient in obtaining an accurate medical history performing patient exams.
- Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care while adhering to ethical standards.
