What You'll Receive :

Graveyard : Sun-Thurs 11pm-7am $17.50
Attendance Bonus : Earn extra for consistent attendance
Benefits : Comprehensive options for you and your family available from day one through New Start Staffing
Weekly Pay : Every Friday, starting after your first week of work
Additional Benefits : Upon conversion to a permanent position

Key Responsibilities :

Adherence to Policies : Follow company policies, procedures, and safety programs

Production Line Duties : Stack and bag newly extruded products at the end of the production line

Quality Control : Read, understand, and communicate customer quality and packaging requirements effectively

Safety and Cleanliness : Maintain a clean, safe production area and keep accurate production records

Material Handling : Recycle and / or store regrind material as instructed

Qualifications :

Education : High School diploma or GED equivalent (preferred)

Flexibility : Ability to work any of the available shifts on your feet

Communication Skills : Effective verbal communication in a noisy environment

Performance : Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and meet physical demands

Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and wear appropriate PPE

Screening : Must pass a 7-year criminal national background check and a drug screen
