You’ll collaborate with Design Leaders, Project Managers, Builders, Architects, and Interior Designers to keep projects running smoothly, efficiently, and profitably.

Project Accountant Day-to-Day
Partner with architects, planners, and designers to manage financial workflows and drive project success.
Prepare and manage project invoices, budgets, and forecasts.
Analyze financial performance , identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
Monitor project plans and ensure budgets align with design goals.
Collaborate with project teams to problem-solve financial challenges and keep projects on track.
Potential leadership opportunities —mentoring and guiding junior team members.
Engage with the community through outreach and service initiatives.
Project Accountant Superpowers
- Deep understanding of contract terms, project billing, and financial forecasting .
- Skilled in data-driven decision-making and resource planning.
- Highly organized , able to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- A confidential and strategic thinker , exercising extreme discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and judgment skills with an eye for detail.

What the Project Accountant Brings to the Table
Deltek Vantagepoint experience preferred ( Deltek Vision a plus!).
2 years of experience in project accounting (development, architecture, construction, or engineering experience is a plus but not a deal breaker).
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerBI is a plus
Experience with project billing and costing (huge plus!).
Ability to adapt, innovate, and contribute in a dynamic environment.
Willingness to go the extra mile —whether it’s working late on a deadline or traveling when needed.
