What You'll Do

Customer Service & Quality Control
Ensure each location delivers outstanding food and service that delights every customer.
Address customer concerns promptly, leveraging feedback to improve quality and build loyalty.
Cultivate a customer-first culture by empowering teams to uphold high standards.
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, and manage teams to excel in their roles, driving sales and service goals.
Lead by example to inspire professionalism, teamwork, and high morale across all units.
Provide ongoing training and coaching, using tools like the Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook.

Operational & Financial Management

Set and achieve sales and profitability goals while managing labor, food costs, and other controllable expenses.

Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive revenue.

Analyze daily sales and performance metrics to optimize operations and profitability.

Compliance, Safety & Asset Management

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies and procedures.

Maintain clean, safe, and well-equipped restaurant environments.

Proactively manage inventory and company assets to meet demand and minimize waste.

What You Bring

Experience : 4 min years of proven success in multi-unit restaurant management.

Education : Minimum of Associates Degree; Food Safety Manager certification required.

Skills : Strong leadership, decision-making, and financial acumen. Proficient in accounting and inventory management software.

Personal Qualities : Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements : Must be 18 , bilingual in English and Spanish, authorized to work in the U.S., and have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Availability for long or unscheduled hours, including nights and weekends, if required.
